After entering the registration website and before registering for Joint2025, you will be prompted to create an account in the registration system. Please refer to the following guidelines.- 1: Click the "Sign Up" button
- 2: Enter your phone number and email address
- 3: Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone
- 4: Click the URL inside the black box in the middle of the email to complete the verification

- Title: Centered, Bold, 14pt, Times New Roman
- Authors: Centered, 12pt, Times New Roman (e.g., First Author1, Second Author2)
- Affiliations: Centered, 10pt, Times New Roman
- Abstract:
- Left and right justified
- Single column
- Font: 11pt Times New Roman
- Spacing: Single line, 6pt before & after
- Length: 150–300 words
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords, comma-separated (10pt)
Registration Notes
The conference includes Dinner for Dec. 17 and 18, Lunch for all days, and A half-day tour on Dec. 19.
- Joint2025 accommodates only in-person attendees and does not offer online participation.
- Register early to avoid delays.
- Submit your registration only once to prevent multiple registrations and duplicate charges.
- Check your organization’s reimbursement policies before registering.
- Please note that the registration fee is nonrefundable.
- Online registration ended on December 8th. After this date, only in-person registration will be available from December 17th to 20th.
