目的

鼓勵並補助優秀學生利用暑假期間至本所實習,學習統計相關知識及參與專題研究,培育統計科學研究人才。

報名資格

國內外(包含港澳)大學統計相關科系與研究所在學學生,或對統計科學有極大興趣的其他科系與研究所在學學生。應屆畢業生須確定115學年度繼續升學,且已獲錄取通知始可申請。(無法接受大陸籍學生)

參與計畫時間

每年7、8月,為全職暑期實習計畫。

需全程參與,原則上為7月1日至8月31日上班日(週一至週五)9:00-18:00。 但各研究室會略有不同,請遵照研究室規定。

如需請假,請務必事先跟老師溝通,並告知行政室林小姐。 如果已經知道實習期間哪幾天要請假,請在報名文件中註明。 因傷、病或個人因素請假,需事先通知指導老師,並完成請假手續。

請假與津貼規定:
  • 每月建議請假不超過 7 日,以確保實習品質;若超過7天應敘明理由經主管核准,並將依實際出席情形及學習表現,由主管進行個案審核認定,核發證書。
  • 實習未滿1個月,不核發實習津貼。
  • 請假依規定扣津貼。
提早離開實習:

實習期間提早離開,原則上視為未完成實習,將不頒發結業證書,仍須繳交成果海報,以呈現實習的研究成果。

Participation Period

This is a full-time summer internship program held every July and August.

Participants are required to attend for the entire duration, which is generally from July 1 to August 31 on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, specific schedules may vary depending on the research lab. Please follow the regulations of your assigned lab.

If you need to take leave, you must communicate with your supervisor in advance and inform Ms. Yen-Ju Lin at the administrative office. If you already know the specific dates on which you will need to take leave during the internship, please indicate them in your application form. Leave due to injury, illness, or personal reasons must also be communicated to your supervisor in advance, and proper leave procedures must be completed.

Leave and Stipend Regulations:
  • To ensure the quality of the internship, interns are advised not to exceed 7 days of leave per month. Any leave exceeding 7 days requires a stated reason and prior approval from the supervisor. The supervisor will conduct a case-by-case review and assessment based on actual attendance and learning performance to determine the issuance of the certificate.
  • No internship allowance will be issued for internships lasting less than one month.
  • Stipends will be deducted in accordance with the leave regulations.
Early Departure from the Internship:

Leaving the internship early is generally considered as not completing the program, and a certificate of completion will not be issued. However, a final poster must still be submitted to present your internship research findings.

獎助金

於計畫結束後,依學生出席及表現狀況,核發獎助金。外籍生及就讀國外大學者按國稅局規定扣稅。

實習相關說明

審核結果

錄取名單將於5/8公告本所網站,並以電子信箱寄發錄取通知。錄取學生須在七日內 (5/15日前)確認是否接受。

結業證書

學生完成計畫經研究室主持人同意後,將由本所核發結業證書。

Certificate of Completion

Students are required to submit a poster and deliver an oral presentation to complete the internship. Upon approval by the laboratory supervisor, the institute will issue a certificate of completion.

住宿(自付)

若有住宿需求,將安排康寧大學宿舍,依不同房型負擔住宿費、冷氣費及保證金等。宿舍不足時,將以申請時間先後作為優先順序。

Accommodation

Applicants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
For those in need of housing, information on applying for dormitories at the Kang-Ning University will be provided. Interested applicants may contact Kang-Ning University directly to register.
Costs, including dormitory fees, air-conditioning fees, and security deposits, will vary depending on the room type selected. If dormitory availability is limited, priority will be given based on the order of application submission. All accommodation-related regulations are subject to the policies announced by Kang-Ning University.
Please note that the dormitories provided by Kang-Ning University are student dormitories with basic facilities. If you have any concerns or require higher standards, please contact the university directly for clarification before applying. Do not apply for dormitory accommodation if you do not intend to check in.
