We are pleased to announce that Professor Michelle Liou and Professor Xiao-Li Meng have been appointed as Co-Editors of Statistica Sinica for the term of August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2008. Professor Liou is Research Fellow of Institute of Statistical Science, Academia Sinica, specializing in applied statistics and psychometric theory. Her current research interest is signal processing in neuroimaging including the EEG inverse problem and structure/functional MRI. Professor Meng is Professor of Department of Statistics, Harvard University. He is interested in inference under complex settings, such as partially observed data, pre-processed data and simulated data, and inference under Bayesian framework, in addition to elegant mathematical statistics. Statistica Sinica still maintains the same Web site (http://www.stat.sinica.edu.tw/statistica/) for on-line submissions.
