Conference Information
I . Reception Desk (Tentative)
The reception desk is located at the lobby of the Activity Center, Academia Sinica. It is open from 08:00 to 17:00, July 7 to July 10. Upon registration participants will receive the symposium documents. The reception desk is placed on the 2nd floor of the Activity Center, Academia Sinica from 8:00 to 17:00 on July 9 and 10.
II. Badges
Admittance to the venue is restricted to participants wearing their name-badges. The wearing of badges is compulsory both inside the venue and at all events organized within its context.
III. Conference Room's Location
Conferences will be hold in 6 Conference Rooms in Activity Center and Institute of Earth Science. Conference Rooms 1 to 4 are located on the 2nd  floor of the Academic Activities Center and other Conference Rooms (RM201 and RM305) on the 2nd and 3rd floor of Institute of Earth Science. 

 IV. Conference Room Equipment
Each conference room will be equipped with an overhead projector.
V. Utilization of Computers, Copy and Fax Services
Computers are available in the terminal room located on the 2nd floor of the Activity Center, Academia Sinica. The service center of the Activity Center, Academia Sinica provides copy and fax  services (Fax  No.: 2783-3905). Copy rate: NT$2 for A4 and B4, NT$3 for A3 size. Fax rate:  NT$5 for each received fax, NT$5 for first sent out fax and NT$1 for additional copies. (Taipei District) Long-distant fax international fax depend on destination area and country.
